Kristi is truly an exceptional individual. She joined Pro Motion Rehab in February 2015 with an impressive 15 years of experience overseeing LPTAs, Techs, Interns, and Students. Her expertise in outpatient supervision spans many years, and she has also served as a director of Rehabilitation for nine years.
Not only has Kristi dedicated her career to the field of rehabilitation, but she has also made a significant impact on the education and mentorship of others. She has served as a clinical instructor for Southwestern Community College and Western Carolina University, as well as a mentor at Franklin High School.
Kristi’s contributions to the field have been outstanding. She has created a stretching program for Caterpillar Industries to prevent work-related injuries and has participated in IEP development with Macon County Schools. Her development of an intermittent claudication treatment program, treatment programs for BPPV, and the implementation of APTA’s balance program has made a significant impact on the lives of many.
Kristi’s dedication to her patients and her craft is evident through her certifications in ASTYM, ETPS, and LSVT Big for Parkinson’s patients. Her experience spans different populations, including all ages, Orthopedics, Geriatrics, and more. With her extensive experience working in various settings such as Home Health, Rehabilitation, Outpatient Services, Skilled Nursing Facilities, and others, Kristi is truly an inspiration to all those in the field of rehabilitation.
